Let me start with this…. I can’t stop looking at myself.  I cried when I looked in the mirror and seen the transformation.  Hans and his wife Jennifer run this Spa they make you feel very relaxed and comfortable which provides for a great experience.  I received botox and fillers. Hans is amazing, he explains the procedure, and will be honest with you, he told me exactly what he recommended for my facial needs; he works to ensure all is symmetrical; the transformation has been unbelievable.  Hans completely understands the issues of aging skin.  He has a very delicate touch with injections and they are effective. My transformation has been so amazing all I can say is when you find someone that has the knowledge and you like their work, stick with them, I will be going back again.

I have been going to see Hans and Jen at Trulife Austin for about a year now.  I really look forward to my visits because they are both so down-to-earth and welcoming as soon as you walk into the door.  Prior to starting, Hans takes the time to listen to what I am trying to accomplish while also providing insight into areas that he believes we can address.  It’s really reassuring to know that they are willing to take the time and have a conversation with you about what you need instead of just rushing through to get the next person in.

During the procedure, they always make sure I am comfortable.  We talk about all the products they offer and how they work so we can make the best decision to get the absolute best results.  The first time I went in, I was extremely nervous.  Hans was so calm and efficient, that I quickly realized this was the place for me.  There is a level of trust that I don’t think I would find anywhere else.  The experience is great and the results are fantastic!  Trulife Austin is a life-changer.

I had an amazing experience today with Hans. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed, the office is clean and neat. His assistant was wonderful she welcomed me as soon as I walked in, helped get me checked in, and went over paperwork. Hans came in and asked me what I would like done which is nice he didn’t just tell me what I needed, He really listens to your wants and will offer his opinion if you want it but does it in a nice caring way. He is very precise on his work, is very patient with you and when I was done we went over aftercare and what to expect and before I got out of the chair asked if there was anything I didn’t like or if an area needed to be fixed. He definitely cares about his patients. Great bedside manner along with being a perfectionist with his work and techniques, I will be going here for years!!!
